2. General-audience website

3. Directory information

Beyond Sunday is an independent local directory. We work to provide useful and current information, but listings, service times, event details, prices, availability, beliefs, ownership, and other information can change. You are responsible for confirming information directly with the relevant organization before attending, purchasing, hiring, donating, volunteering, or relying on a listing.

Inclusion in the directory does not constitute a guarantee, certification, recommendation, or endorsement. Removal or absence from the directory does not imply wrongdoing.

4. Submissions

When you submit content, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not violate another person’s rights. Do not submit confidential information, private information about another person, unlawful content, or material you do not have permission to share.

You grant Beyond Sunday a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to review, verify, edit for clarity or length, reproduce, and publish the submitted listing information for purposes of operating and promoting the directory. This permission does not require us to publish any submission and ends for future use when the content is removed, except for reasonable archival and legal records.

5. Screening and editorial decisions

Listings and submissions may be reviewed under our Listing & Advertising Standards. Approval is not automatic. We may decline, edit, suspend, or remove content that is inaccurate, outdated, unsafe, unlawful, inconsistent with the directory’s purpose, or inconsistent with its published standards. Screening is not an investigation, background check, or guarantee of conduct.

6. Sponsored content and memberships

Paid advertising, premium placements, and sponsored content are identified with labels such as “Sponsored” or “Advertisement.” Payment may affect placement or visibility but does not purchase an editorial endorsement and does not excuse a listing from applicable screening standards. Features, availability, and prices for premium offerings may change before purchase.

7. External links and third-party services

Links are provided for convenience. Beyond Sunday does not control third-party websites, social platforms, event venues, ticket sellers, churches, or businesses and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, accessibility, security, products, services, transactions, or conduct.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or organization, harvest personal information, or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, hateful, or harmful activity.

9. Intellectual property

The Beyond Sunday name, design, original text, and site presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, photographs, and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, directory, or authorized promotional purposes.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We may update these terms and will post the current effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
